Kampala, Uganda – The Ruparelia Foundation has continued its tradition of giving back to the community by donating Christmas packages to the Laron Children’s Library in Kyebando.
The annual initiative, spearheaded by Mrs. Jyotsna Ruparelia, Managing Director of the Ruparelia Foundation, aims to bring joy to children with disabilities and those in orphanages during the festive season.
This year’s donation included a variety of items, such as Christmas gifts, scholastic materials, toys, food, shoes, drinks, mattresses, and cash. The gesture brought festive cheer to the children of Laron Children’s Library, who were overwhelmed with joy and gratitude.
“We are very grateful for this generous donation,” said Nanyonjo Eve, a representative from Laron Children’s Library. “Many of our children come from families that struggle to afford school fees, and this support will go a long way in helping us provide for their educational needs.”
Mrs. Jyotsna Ruparelia reiterated the foundation’s commitment to improving access to education for all children in Uganda. “We believe that every child deserves the chance to receive an education, and we are proud to support initiatives like the Laron Children’s Library that share our vision,” she said.
The Ruparelia Foundation’s initiative serves as a call to action for others to contribute to the welfare and education of underprivileged children in Uganda. As the festive season approaches, the foundation’s generosity is a reminder of the importance of giving back to the community.
