IGANGA — Political activist and author

Court has quashed all charges against Mr. Kakwenza Rukirabashaija (PHOTO/File).

Mr. Kakwenza Rukirabashaija is finally a free man after court on Tuesday morning quashed state charges against him.

The charges included uttering false information and spreading harmful propaganda in relation to the COVID-19.

Kakwenza the author of a critical book “The Greedy Barbarian was made free by Grade one Magistrate Yunus Ndiwala.

“The bogus charges which were preferred against me by CMI hoodlums after torturing me for a week have been dismissed by grade one magistrate his worship Yunus Ndiwalana,” Kakwezi wrote on social Media.

He added: The CMI rascals Mr Museveni sent to my house stole copies of The Greedy Barbarian, computer, flash drive and phone. Up to now they’ve refused to bring them back withal my lawyer’s efforts. Cc Eron Kiiza”.
