Former NBS TV Journalist Joseph Sabiiti joins Urban TV

KAMPALA- Renowned former NBS TV journalist Joseph Sabiiti has joined Urban TV a few months after quiting the Kamwokya based station.

According to a post on Urban TV social media page, Mr Sabiiti will be hosting a show dubbed “Check Point”.

“Coming soon to Urban Television, #UrbanCheckPoint by Joseph Sabiiti,” reads a a tweet from Urban TV.

Mr Sabiiti quit NBS TV in September 2019 and joined Kansanga-based NGO, Action Aid International as communications officer.

“My break from active Journalism starts today! Thank you all for the support, encouragement and criticism they made it worth it, to NBS TV thank you and you will always be home!!” Sabiiti posted while quitting NBS TV.

Mr Sabiiti was a producer and senior political reporter at NBS TV.
