KAMPALA – Singer Bebe Cool real name Moses Ssali has joined other different individuals to donated to less-privileged hit by coronavirus.
Bebe Cool through his Amber Hearts Foundation has donated 1,000kgs of maize flour and 600kgs of beans to the ministry of health on Tuesday, April 21.
He said that his contribution goes to TB patients, DJs and journalists.
“I have brought my contribution to the Ministry of Health to go to three categories, the TB patients, DJs and journalists,” he said.
The self-proclaimed Big Size joins Meseach Ssemakula and Eddy Kenzo alias Edrisah Musuuza to donate to DJs.
The singer was lauded by the Health Minister, Dr Ruth Aceng.
As Ugandans, particularly revellers expected artistes to come to their rescue in this crisis, most of them (artistes) have been seen on different media platforms crying to the government for food, saying that their industry is the most hit.
