KAMPALA – General Paper (GP), a subsidiary subject was one of the worst performed subjects at the 2019 UACE exams, with over 40% of the total number of candidates failing to get a point.
Only 70 candidates got a distinction 1, in the paper, that tests the literacy aptitude of the learners, making a percentage of 0.06%.
