KAMPALA – Kampala Catholic Archbishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga has replaced the Vicar General, Msgr Charles Kasibante, and appointed a new director for Radio Maria in a series of changes of priests.

In the changes, the parish priest of Christ the King Church at the heart of Kampala, Msgr Gerald Kalumba, will replace Msgr Kasibante as the vicar-general. It is not immediately clear where Msgr Kasibante has been posted. Msgr Kalumba will remain the parish priest of Christ the King Church.
