MASINDI – The newly posted Masindi Resident Judge, Gadenya Paul Wolimbwa, on Monday, January 6, reported for duty at the station.

Judge Gadenya was warmly received by the Masindi Assistant Registrar, Kintu Simon Zirintuusa and Chief Magistrate, Kule Moses Lubangula. Equally present was Magistrate Grade I, Irene Aber, as well as court staff.

HW Kintu took the Judge on a guided tour of both the High Court and Chief Magistrate’s Court.

In a meeting with both Judicial Officers and staff at both courts, Justice Gadenya stressed the importance of teamwork and commitment to improve service delivery at the courts.

He said this would improve coordination and collegiality in the District Coordination Committees as well as Regional Coordination Committees.

The Judicial Officers and staff at the courts pledged total support of the new Judge.

Justice Gadenya replaces Justice Albert Rugadya Atwoki, who retired last year.
