MENGO – Police have said that a man who has on Thursday afternoon passed away after he threw himself in front of a moving trailer, was apparently in depression.
The incident happened in Mengo, opposite Kobil Petrol station near Fufa House.
The incident caused a stir in the city suburb.
Residents say that the man who was obviously depressed, died after he threw himself in front of a fast-moving trailer and was consequently crushed moments after.
His body lay on the road for a while before it was removed.
The man’s identity was yet to be revealed at the time of this report.
