KAMPALA – Namirembe Diocese on Saturday received Mr. Ultrich from Denmark, the CEO of Global Fellowship of Christian Youth at the Bishops Residence.
He was welcomed by the Diocesan Youth Secretary Mr. Lule Tefeero and the Field Officer Lt. Emmanuel Mutengo and officers of Brigade.
In the office, Ultrich was oriented on the activities of Brigade in the Diocese.
He later proceeded to the Bishops residence and where he was welcomed by the Bishop, Diocesan Treasurer, Mission Secretary, and the Youth Secretary.
He held a meeting with the Bishop and discussed a number of developmental issues as far as the youth ministry and Brigade is concerned.
The Bishop lauded Ultrich for visiting Namirembe and for his passion of empowering the youth.
He added that the Diocese is committed to supporting the youth ministry and give them the right guidance.
The Bishop also appreciated Brigade for its activities in the Diocese especially preaching the word of God.
The CEO thanked the Diocese for supporting the youth and making them relevant in the community.
He said that he particularly requested to meet the Bishop because he was impressed by the activities of Brigade in the Diocese and promised to continue supporting and working with the Diocese for the good of youth ministry.
