KAMPALA – A woman has Saturday June 16 died in a fatal accident along Kyebando roundabout along the Northern by-pass, Kampala after a Toyota Rav4 UAK 217C she was driving collided with a mobile crane UAX 216S.
It is alleged the woman identified as Ms. Aidah Esther Nanyonga resident of Nansana was trying to overtake, collided and died instantly.
Her body has since been taken to Mulago for post mortem as investigations into the accident are ongoing, police said.
The two vehicles have also been towed away and traffic flow is now normal, the pilice said in a statement.
