Inspector General of Police Martins Okoth Ochola has reinstated Paul Nkore as a Regional Police Commander (RPC), hardly a year after he was removed from the position by former IGP Kale Kayihura for allegedly siding with one of the candidates in the Rukiga NRM primaries last year.
In the reshuffle announced on Monday evening, Nkore has bounced back as Kiira Region RPC from the position of Deputy Commander Tourism Police. Nkore, who denied the allegations, was later removed from the position and put on katebe for three months. He was later moved to Tourism police.

Joseph Kato from from Kigezi to Albertine as Deputy RPC, Moses Ochieng Sule from HRM to Kamuli as DPC while Mwine Mukono moves from Kiira Region to Luuka as DPC.
