Police in Lira have arrested a Tip Top bread bakery manager for smearing a 17-year-old native’s private parts with pepper.
The manager of Asian origin, only identified as Subash was Tuesday morning detained at Lira Central Police Station over the allegations.
According to other workers at the bakery, it is not the first time Subash has done the same to his workmates, a technique he uses to punish them for apparent wrongdoing.
