MAKERERE: Reports reaching PML Daily indicate that a fire has gutted Mary Stuart Hall at Makerere University this morning.
Police fire fighting brigade is on the scene to contain the fire before it spreads.
Most students are on semester break, however a few students on recess are resident in the hall.
