Former director of economic monitoring in the Internal Security Organisation (ISO) and veteran journalist Teddy Seezi Cheeye is dead.
According to family sources, Cheeye was knocked dead by a speeding boda boda as he jogged in Nakawa, Kampala,
Over a decade ago, Cheeye was convicted of embezzlement of Global Fund money amounting to Shs120m.
