Entebbe Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi has adjourned until March 19, the hearing of charges against Godfrey Wamala, alias Troy , the suspected killer of singer Mowzey Radio. The decision to adjourn was taken after prosecution informed court that investigations into the murder are still ongoing.

Troy was three weeks ago charged with Radio’s murder and remanded to Kigo prison.

Troy is said to have hit Mowzey Radio on the head during a brawl at  “De bar ” in Entebbe on January 22 2018.

The singer then sustained head  injuries from which he died on February  1 2018 at Case Clinic in Kampala.

Troy appeared before chief magistrate Mary Kaitesi  but was cautioned not to plead to the grave murder charges which are tried and bailable by the High Court.

The manager of De Bar, George Egesa is also under police custody but has not been charged yet. Information PML Daily got is that since there is no sufficient evidence in the case, Egesa will appear as a State witness against Troy when trial starts.
