Boda boda riders burn boda boda 2010 offices as they celebrate Kitatta’s arrest

Boda boda riders in Kampala have Monday morning raided and burnt properties belonging to Boda Boda 2010.

First to be set ablaze were properties which was found in the head offices in Natete, a Kampala surburb.

However, police and military arrived on time to save further damage. Though, the angry boda boda riders were not yet done. They went to Makindye and Bukesa, burning almost everything they found in the offices.

The exercise follows the arrest of the head of Boda boda 2010 boss Abudallah Kitatta and 28 of his members including his brother Huzairu Kiwalabye.

The riders said they had endured immeasurable suffering caused by members of Boda Boda 2010.

Kitatta was arrested Saturday over the brutal murder of Case Hospital accountant, Francis Ekulagar.

Ekalugar was kidnapped on January 02 while on his way to the bank.

His body was found burnt in Kajjansi on January 3.

Following their leads, the army and sister security agencies zeroed on boda boda members as having been behind the murder henceforth their arrest to help on the ongoing investigations.

Meanwhile, the army yesterday found the car belonging to the late.
