Chameleone thrills revellers at Saba Saba concert

KAMPALA– The long-anticipated music concert dubbed “Saba Saba” left revellers wanting for more and more as Uganda’s legend Jose Chameloene delivered about performance at Lugogo Cricket Oval on Friday evening.

By 4:00 pm the fans had started entering all geared up for the concert which attracted big sponsors like MTN Uganda, Coke, NBS TV, and many others under Balaam  Marketing agency as the event organiser.

After a series activations by sponsors and limited showcases by other artists, the main man of the day, the self-proclaimed doctor hit the stage clad in all-black attire.

Starting his presentation, Chameleon was accompanied by Khalifa Aganaga to do a “Kibooko” song.

Pallaso followed suit doing their new collabo “Hanah” that ushered in Hon Ruth Nakabirwa who was the Chief guest for the night.

Nankabirwa thanked the musician’s fans for their continued support.

“I thank all of you for gathering up in such big numbers to support Chameleone who has been in the industry for more than 20 years,” Nankabirwa said.

Papa Cidy stormed the stage with   “Daniela”, Leila   Kayondo with   “Relaxing “followed by a tribute to the fallen Crooner Moze radio with songs like Nakesa, Neera, and Lesu.

The high light of the night was the legend session which featured Bobi wine with Kyarenga, Abdul Mulaasi of the famous Swimming pool and Best man and finally Ziggy Dee with Mic and Sunda that made the audience go gaga.
