Singer Sasha Brighton quits De Nu Eagles after a period of 4 years in the crew. (FILE PHOTO)

KAMPALA- Musician Sasha Brighton is now a solo artiste after quitting De Nu Eagles.

The So Lucky hit maker says she has been nurtured well and to the fullest after four years with the music outfit and she is ready to drive her career solely.

De Nu Eagles music group is directed by musicians Geoffrey Lutaaya and his wife Irene Namatovu.

Brighton on July 3 through her social media platform declared she had parted ways with De Nu Eagles to go sole.

“I officially make this clear. This is Sasha Brighton Kalungi, now a solo artiste.

I’d like to thank my parents plus my brothers and sisters( De Nu Eagles family) for being co-operative for all these years I’ve worked with you I know some will judge me while others will understand. From today I choose a solo career era [and] am gonna be doing my music nga [on my own] nze!!!

I thank you my parents okunfuula kyendi leero [for making me what I am today] era [and] I do appreciate you nsaba wemwajja Allah abadizeewo [I pray that Allah rewards you]. God bless you all

I love you De Nu Eagles family and am gonna miss you all,” stated Brighton.

Brighton is the third singer to quit the group after Izon T and Grace Khan, who left recently.
