KAMPALA — The Executive Chairman of Movit Products Ltd, Mr. Simpson Birungi together with the Movit top leadership officials launched an academy to provide a continuous learning environment for Movit Products Ltd staff at the company premises.
The Movit Academy which was launched on June 05, 2021 is a structured system the company has put up to enhance and build employees’ competences and capabilities, as well as introduce a learning environment through a variety of programs.
Mr. Birungi having spanned more than 20 years experience in cosmetology will be training young people with hands on skills, and some products formulated by him.
‘This is an opportunity to share and impart knowledge to the young people. My satisfaction is derived from their growth & development and I am pleased Movit Products has taken up this brilliant initiative of the Movit Academy.’
Some of the training programs introduced are in categories such as; New Hire induction programs, Continuous Development program and coaching, Technical and soft skills for employees, leadership, refresher programs and others programs designed for Senior and Mid-level managers.
The academy is set to create a leraning environment for the company and all employees are able to go through trainings and coaching on the respective programs.
