KAMPALA – Legendary radio personality and seasoned entertainment industry critic Isaac Katende alias Kasuku Kuku Wazabanga has revealed that quitting alcohol is the worst decision he has ever made in life.

The outspoken journalist opened up about his regrettable decision while appearing on a local radio station where he was giving his views on some of the entertainment stories that have made news.

While making his submission, the Talk n Talk show host revealed how he has endured a series of nightmares since he made the decision and that he has been battling so many diseases since then.

“I made a mistake around August and September there. I was like let me slow down or quit drinking alcohol, it was the worst decision I have ever made in my entire life,” he shared.

He added that “When I stopped drinking, one to two weeks every disease attacked me. So I’ve been battling so many diseases. Since I quit alcohol I’ve been suffering from flu, cough, and my skin also started peeling off.”

Kasuku is not the first celebrity to come out to share his experience in quitting alcohol. Three years ago, 2021 Lord Mayoral aspirant and singer Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleone shocked fans when he came out publicly and said how he had quit alcohol for good.

When he had just returned from his tour in Austria, he started bragging that he didn’t taste any hard liquor while there. He shared how this was so rare of him.

While appearing on Radio city FM, he revealed that because of what he had been going through with his family, he had decided to stop drinking completely.

“This decision came after talking with my wife about what we have been going through. She confessed to me that she has never come to terms with the way I drink and treat myself when drunk. When I was in Australia, I drank sodas only,” Chameleon said.
