KAMPALA – Social media was awash with a video of top diva Winnie Nwagi and top rapper Daniel Kigozi alias Navio in dance moves where the latter is seen seemingly uncomfortable with.
Lots of comments of how Winnie Nwagi was rejected by the now married fellow musician Navio were all over after fans watched the trending video.

In the video, the Nkwagala Omu rapper who enjoys the moment for a few seconds as the Jangu singer rubs him sensationally, later runs away from her leaving her no choice but to stop dancing.

To this effect, a number of fans have been making comments that Navio rejected the sexy singer but the Rapper has a different version of the story.

The Navcorp Music boss came out to clear his name after critics had already started creating posts that seemed to be creating a cold war between the two artists.

According to Navio, who recently celebrated his marriage anniversary, the two were just having a photo shoot and he only stepped off to go check how the photos were coming along.

“Omuganda agamba konaaweeka tokalinda kusaaba taka!! Nolwekyo ensonga za ka video clip ezigenda maaso I’m here to clarify on that, it was a simple photo shoot, pausing for pics with a fellow artist wouldn’t be bad!! And I wasn’t avoiding her, I just stepped a bit to check on the photos the camera guy was taking!! Thank you,” Navio posted.

Although the celebrated East African rapper came out to clear the air that he didn’t reject Winnie when he walked away from her sensational dances, fans insisted that he was distancing himself from the curvy Swangz Avenue singer.

To put the issue to rest, Nwagi later released what she called “Part Two” of the video showing the two enjoying themselves with some music in the background to prove that she was not rejected by Navio.

Winnie captioned the video with a short comment; “I heard that this video was trending, so here is part two. Naye tunyumirwe.”
