The Emmy Awards, or simply the Emmys, are American awards that recognize excellence in the American television industry. These awards are presented at different annual events throughout the year, with some events being more popular than others. This year’s edition however is special for Ugandans as we have two representatives on the list.

Another Ugandan, David Kibuka has also been nominated in these awards set to take place on September 21, 2020 at the Microsoft Theater Los Angeles, California and will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
