MUKONO – Mr Moses Katende a Salesperson at Jude Colour Solutions on Saturday, September 14, thumped his wife Ms Misha Nakelo for attempting to stop his introduction ceremony.

Ms Nakelo had gone to stop the introduction ceremony at Mid Mich Guest House in Nasuuti, Mukono Central Division where Mr Katende was going to be introduced by another woman, Ms Rebecca Nansumba.

Ms Nakelo taunted her husband with intent to embarrass him, she kept shouting about her husband’s uncultured behaviour.

However, her efforts to stop the introduction were all in vain as the ceremony went on and she was thrown out of the premises by security.

When this reporter spoke to Ms Nakelo, she said that Ms Nansumba is her neighbour in Namumira, Mukono Central division and a daughter to Pr Fred Muyibwa of Bread and Life ministries in Lweza.

Ms Nakelo who is currently staying at her aunt’s place revealed that Mr Katende has chased her from home and also threatened to kill her if she set foot in her marital home.

“My husband has now chased me from home and said that he will cut me in pieces if I went back home,”said Ms Nakelo.

She also said that Mr Katende had earlier tricked her into helping him to cut banana leaves saying that they are going to be used at his friend’s wedding ceremony, little did she know that it was actually for his new wife’s ceremony.

“On Thursday he asked me to help him cut banana leaves saying that they were for his friend’s introduction ceremony yet it was actually for his,” she said

“Then in the morning, he sent me to Entebbe to meet his friend for business. However, I didn’t even meet him. On my way back a friend informed me that my husband is secretly getting introduced today in a guest house,” she narrated.
