KAMPALA – Speke Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort has received more international recognition after being awarded the prestigious TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
TripAdvisor, is an American travel and restaurant website company providing hotel and restaurant reviews, accommodation bookings and other travel-related content.
According to Mr Ajit Singh, the Manager at Speke Resort Munyonyo, the award is a good compliment to the excellent services at the five-star resort.
“It’s a great experience and feeling to know that our guests have given us good reviews which shows that we have met their expectations and our guests have enjoyed the facilities and services,” he said.

This is the second recognition for Speke Resort this year. Earlier in the year, Booking.com, an online platform where travellers book hotels around the world, awarded the hotel a Guest Review Award.
Established in 1996 in Amsterdam, Booking.com has grown from a small Dutch startup to one of the largest travel e-commerce companies in the world.
While giving out this award, Booking.com looks at properties with an average review score of 8.0. and 10.
In their remarks booking.com said that Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort has offered great guest experiences and that the Guest Review Awards is a great way to showcase the achievement.
