KAMPALA, Uganda — KCB Bank Uganda has launched a festive rewards campaign, spreading cheer to its customers through exciting prizes and promotions.
The campaign, which runs through the holiday season, aims to promote the bank’s flagship offerings, KCBPay and the KCB Visa Card. It targets existing customers, merchants using KCBPay and KCB POS Machines, and the general public.
“We are always focused on creating memorable, rewarding experiences for our customers and merchants,” said Diana Komukama Ssempebwa, Head of Marketing and Communications at KCB Bank Uganda. “This campaign is a celebration of the partnerships and trust we have built with our clients over the years.”
The campaign features various activities and rewards, including spin-to-win prize draws, a monthly trolley dash, and on-ground experiential teams that will visit key merchant locations.
KCB Bank launched the campaign with partner venues Tugende Ltd. and TMT Supermarket, offering live demonstrations of its seamless payment solutions.
“This festive season, we are not just celebrating with our customers — we are empowering them with tools that make financial transactions easier and more rewarding,” Komukama said.
The campaign underscores KCB Bank’s commitment to supporting individuals and businesses by showcasing the practical benefits of KCBPay and the KCB Visa Card.
