KAMPALA, UGANDA — Vivo Energy Uganda, the leading distributor of Shell-branded fuels and lubricants, has conducted a comprehensive quality assurance training program for its staff.
The training, held during World Quality Week (November 11-15), aimed to enhance staff knowledge on international fuel standards and best practices in quality control.

Lawrence Wavamunno, Vivo Energy Uganda Laboratory Technician, demonstrated the company’s rigorous fuel quality assurance processes at Shell Muyenga. The live demonstration showcased meticulous steps taken to ensure safety and performance standards.
Valery Okecho, Corporate Communications Manager, emphasized staff engagement and internal training in quality processes. “Empowering employees with quality standards knowledge enhances service delivery and brand reputation.”
