KAMPALA – MTN Uganda and YOTVChannels have entered a partnership to promote uninterrupted local content on TV and Radio at convenience.

MTN Uganda Chief Marketing Officer, Somdev Sen said the partnership is part of MTN’s commitment to growing local enterprises

“Our customers are now looking for convenience. With the advent of smartphones, more people are now accessing information with just a click of a button anywhere anytime. Life, as it is now, is so busy and people find themselves caught up with work commitments leaving them with little time to catch up with their favorite shows. MTN is therefore pleased to partner with YOTV to bring yet more convenience to our customers because we are good together,” he said.

Somdev said the partnership is a win-win for both YOTVChannels and MTN customers.

Aggrey Mugisha, YoTVChannels CEO said YOTVChannels thrives on a robust and affordable internet connection.

“This is they we thought of a great partnership and MTN came to mind first. You are able to subscribe and watch for 30 days on ZERO MBs,” he added noting that this partnership shows that both MTN and YOTVChannels are committed to promoting local content through allowing Ugandans to enjoy uninterrupted local TV and Radio at their convenience through YOTVChannels.
