Britania unveils trendy PET packaging for Splash

KAMPALA -The sky-rocketing demand for beverages by the populace has compelled Britania Allied Industries Ltd to rethink customer-driven market trends about their product lines. On Friday, August 2, they launched “Splash Juice Kachupa” in PET bottles at their premises in Ntinda.

With a tag line “Sip it Keep it”, the product will be in three flavours that Include; apple, mango and orange.

Mr. Ritesh Sheth, the General Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing remarked that as one of the pioneer companies in the food and beverages sector, Britania has introduced another innovation in tandem with the splash line.

“We are hoping to use all over 10,000 distributors that we have in the country and also more.”  Ritesh asserted.

The Managing Director at Britania Allied Industries Ltd. Mr. Vinay Dawda said:

“This is the same product with different packaging. We have been in Uganda since 1996 and as the market trends have changed since customers need convenience and are on the move, This is a huge investment worth over USD 5M. We hope to make it a success as previously done with other products lines and even more.”
