Anne Kansiime unveiled new Standard Chartered Bank Ambassador

KAMPALA – Ugandan female comedian Anne Kansiime was Tuesday, January 29, unveiled as the new brand Ambassador of the financial institution, Standard Chartered Bank.

The self-proclaimed ‘Africa’s Queen of comedy’ landed on the juicy deal this week during the launch of Standard Chartered digital account ceremony that took place at Kampala Serena Hotel.

Upon this, the excited comedian ran to her social media platforms and shared the good news to her followers and fans whom she term as ninjas.

“Ninjas, I can’t keep calm, this 2019 is already a Big thing, especially for you people.”

“Today/yesterday, I started serving as the Standard Chartered Bank’s Ambassador of, wait for it; ‘UGANDA’S FIRST DIGITAL BANK’..Yes, the 1st “FULLY DIGITAL online banking solution,” revealed Kansiime.

“Super excited to announce that you can now open an account and run it from ANYWHERE without stepping foot at the banking hall EVER. They come to you.”

“#Wherever you are; the sittinglum, Bedlum or the beach, you can access 70 self-services, yes 70, on one digital banking app…and where need be, they come to you. Now if this is not a bank acknowledging that you are the real Boss, I don’t know what is,” she added.

“You can block and change your ATM card PIN from wherever you are…etc.”

Kansiime’s major task will be enticing her following to join the digital banking platform of Standard Chartered Bank as well as opening up financial accounts.

Kansiime Kubiryaba Anne and popularly known as Anne Kansiime is a Ugandan entertainer, comedian, and actress. She has been referred to as “Africa’s Queen of Comedy” by some African media outlets.
